本政策说明捏捏番茄 Pomo TAP（以下简称“本 App”）以及本 App 支持页反馈表单如何处理信息。概括而言：本 App 不收集、不上传任何个人数据。
一、生效日期
本政策自 2026 年 10 月 18 日起生效。

本 App 不收集、不上传个人数据。下表列出本 App 在设备上保存的数据，以及你主动通过反馈表单提交的数据。

本 App 的提醒是手表在本地发出的通知，不经过任何服务器。本 App 不需要注册或登录，没有账号。
四、第三方服务
本 App 未集成任何第三方统计、广告或数据分析 SDK，不展示广告，也不向任何第三方出售或共享数据。本 App 不使用人工智能服务处理你的数据。
本 App 通过 Apple App Store 分发，下载与更新过程中的信息由 Apple 依据其隐私政策处理。
反馈表单提交的内容只保存在本网站自己的服务器上，不转交任何第三方。
五、未成年人
本 App 不收集任何人的个人数据，包括未成年人。未满十四周岁的未成年人如需通过反馈表单提交信息，应在监护人同意和指导下进行。

This policy explains how Pomo TAP (the “App”) and the feedback form on its support page handle information. In short: the App does not collect or upload any personal data.

Reminders are local notifications delivered by your watch and never pass through a server. The App has no accounts and requires no sign-up or sign-in.
4. Third-party services
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, shows no ads, and does not sell or share data with anyone. The App does not use AI services to process your data.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store; information related to downloads and updates is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
Messages sent through the feedback form are stored only on this website’s own server and are not passed to any third party.
5. Children
The App does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Children under 14 should use the feedback form only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.
6. Your rights
- App data: timer data and settings are stored only on your Apple Watch. Deleting the App removes all of it.
- Feedback messages: to access, correct or delete a message, use the form on the support page or the contact page, and tell us the name you used and roughly when you wrote. The request will be handled after verification.
